This Data Protection Policy describes how COSMYA treats all information submitted or posted on the Platform, third-party Websites, or other external applications.

COSMYA receives its information through various channels: its Platform, other websites, Licensors, emails, APIs, or other applications (henceforth "Services"). By using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, treatment, storage, disclosure, and other use of your information as described in this Data Protection Policy. Whichever country you reside or from which you provide information, COSMYA is authorized to use your information in the United States of America and any other country in which  COSMYA operates.

Collection and Use of Information

We collect and use your information as described below to provide our services and to measure and improve them on an ongoing basis.

Registration Information: At the time of registration and in order to become a user, you will be asked to complete a registration form which requires you provide information such as your name, name, address, phone/fax, email, and other personal professional information, about your business, trade, or profession. (Registration Information). Save the contact email address, passwords, and other one-off information used to verify ownership of the account or send you useful information, most of this information is made public in our Services, including on your profile page and in search results.

Additional Information: You may be prompted by COSMYA to provide some additional information to verify ownership and information from your account. This information will not be released under any circumstances, and will only serve to authenticate your ownership and information sent. It is also possible to be asked to perform a non-mandatory opinion consultation, to improve services, marketing, or for the publication of statistical data. Only the data derived from these consultations will be published and never the names of the users who have participated in it (whether or not registered).

Internal Content Information: The publication of content will be within the Platform. The information you provide is information you are asking us to make public. By default, the Platform publishes the information and content until the time you decide to delete or modify it.
You should think carefully about what you are posting, since its content can affect your own interests or those of third parties.

External Content Information: When using the Platform for internet activities such as publishing content on your website or third party websites, you use applications for the transfer of content for publication on the internet. You can delete or update such information whenever you would like.
Likewise, COSMYA can collect data from your website when clicking on logos or links that connect to sites, content, or applications that the Platform offers as part of their services. Many of these links may be disabled. The main purpose of these links is to facilitate access to services.

Payment Information: If you purchase a COSMYA product or service, we may collect additional information, including billing information, credit card numbers, expiration dates, IP, and other purchase records.

Hosting Servers Information: We temporarily store records and monitored parameters on our servers, such as bandwidth, disk storage, monitoring activities, security, anti-hacker protection, and other hardware and software statistical information in order to protect and properly supply services for all users.

Cookies: A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. Like many websites, we use cookie technology to collect additional data on website usage, to improve the identification of users, and to improve our services so that our web servers identify your visit to the platform, adapting its use pattern and language, interface configuration, registration, or payment information so you do not have to fill it out every time. If you reject all cookies by choosing the deactivate cookie function in your browser, you may need to re-enter your information on our site more often and certain features of our site will be unavailable.
We also use cookies to collect statistical information for use in marketing or e-marketing to help target advertisements based on user interests.

Assignment and Disclosure.

We do not disclose data except in the limited circumstances described below.

Your consent: We may share or disclose your information following your instructions, like when you authorize a client or a web application from a third party to access your COSMYA account.

Service Providers: We employ service providers to perform functions and provide services to both the United States and abroad. We may share your personal information with said service providers pursuant to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Data Protection Policy and provided that the third party use your personal data only on our account and according to our instructions.

Peremptory Norms and Damages: Unless otherwise stated in this Data Protection Policy, we may save or disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request, to protect the safety of any person, to address issues of fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect the rights or property of COSMYA. However, the provisions of this Data Protection Policy is not intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have against a request by a third party, or administration, to disclose your information.

Business Transfers: In the event that COSMYA be affected by a public contest, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that situation. What is stated in this Data Protection Policy will apply to information that is transferred to the new entity.

Non-Personal or Non-Private Information: We may share or disclose information about you that is non-private, aggregated information, and other information that does not constitute personal data such as public information on your user profile.

Modificaction of your personal information

If you are a registered user we offer tools and account configuration options to access and modify business or professional information you provided and is associated with your account.

You can also terminate your account permanently, from the "Delete Account" option on your General Profile. Your account will be deactivated and will not be visible on COSMYA.com. During the 60 days after deactivation it is still possible to restore your account if the deactivation was unwanted or accidental. After 60 days, it will be permanently deleted.

Minors.

The Platform and its content is not intended to be aimed at minors under applicable law and therefore there is no intention to offer or sell products or services to minors. However, we have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our site and therefore we carry out the same Data Protection Policy for individuals of all ages. If a child has provided us with personal information without the consent of parents or guardian, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information.

EU Safe Harbor Agreement.

COSMYA, LLC abides by the safe harbor for the protection of privacy, namely the notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and application, signed by the United States and recognized by the European Union and Switzerland. Changes in the Data Protection Policy.

We may revise this Data Protection Policy over time. The latest version of the Policy regulates our use of your information and will always be available at https://COSMYA.com/privacy. If we make a modification to this Policy that is relevant, we will send an email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after the effective implementation of such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Data Protection Policy.
